Even before 9/11, there were many untoward incidents of terrorism: terrorists blew up the US Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya and in the same year, they tried to blow up the World Trade Center in New York; they planted some explosives in the basement, but thank God nobody was hurt. On September 11th, 2001, the greatest of all terrorist attacks took place in New York, whereby the twin towers were destroyed and at least 5000 people were killed. After this brutal attack in New York, the United States of America decided to attack Taliban in Afghanistan. Pervez Musharraf was the head of the state at that time, so America discussed the matter with him and asked him whose side he was on. He decided to be an American ally and fight against terrorism.
The Taliban were crushed to an extent, but a majority of them went into hiding in the mountains. Geographically speaking, it is not easy for any army to win a war in that region.
The Taliban disappeared; some of them were killed and others went into hiding. A new government was formed and Hamid Karzai was appointed as the president. At that time, there were so many extremist groups in Pakistan – for example, Sipah-e-Sahaba and Lashkar-e-Taiba – but these suicide bombings and military style attacks were not witnessed. Then, General Pervez Musharraf decided to ban many extremist outfits in Pakistan.
Every time Pervez Musharraf wanted to take a bold step, he had to step back because nothing is easy in Pakistan. The public is ignorant; they don’t know what true Islam or true democracy is.
Some Pakistanis are graduates who have master’s degrees and PhD’s in different subjects however to understand their own religion has been big problem. To be able to understand democracy is a big problem in Pakistan. Some people think that democracy is a government of people elected by people. However, if somebody becomes a Prime Minister of the country through a rigging on a large scale in the election, he does not represent the public mandate. He stole the election. This is not democracy. This is dishonesty.
Ever since the birth of Pakistan, there has never been a fair election. Democracy is just talked about. There is not even 1% democracy in Pakistan.
The Terrorism Industry
Although there are some very intelligent people in Pakistan, the literacy rate is very low. There is an urban population and a rural population. Obviously, the urban population has a higher rate of literacy in comparison to the rural population. In many of the areas upcountry in interior Sindh, Punjab, Baluchistan and in interior Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, education is not regarded as a compulsory element of life. A majority of the population lives in rural areas, not in the cities. In those rural areas, there are states within the state. You have feudal lords there: landowners who have gangsters. They do agriculture; for the purpose of hiring people for agriculture, they want illiterate people so that they do not ask for a rise in salary, they give them minimum wages.
They don’t want them to be educated, because if they are educated, they will move out of the villages and know what the score is. Therefore, building schools colleges and universities is like daydreaming in almost every province in Pakistan.
A majority of people in Pakistan are not literate. Most of the senators and MPs come from these rural areas; they themselves haven’t been to school and in order to sign papers, they use their thumb impressions on the papers. The education minister of Pakistan cannot write; he too uses his thumb impression to sign papers.
In those rural areas, there are no jobs and most of the people are unemployed. Even then, they get married; their favourite pastime is producing children. They can’t feed their own stomachs well, but they keep producing children every year. In those villages, every couple has at least 5-7 children. When they can’t arrange for their own lodging, food and education, a local madrassa (mosque) contacts them. They are told to give their child to the madrassa; he will live in the mosque and be fed by the mosque. They are told to leave their child at the madrassa for 5-10 years and to not contact their child during this time because they would [supposedly] be interrupting his studies. After 5-6 years they train him to be a terrorist.
When these children are fully trained, then they are put into a terrorist market. Then, they are sold in a terrorist auction. Sheikhs from Gulf states buy them. The younger the terrorist, the more expensive he is.
Russia has made a documentary on this. They secretly filmed a deal which was going on in a 5-Star hotel room where Saudis were buying terrorists in auctions. The parents don’t know where their sons are; they think their sons are still in the mosques while they are trained and sold. They are sold in millions.
For example, Hollywood is a film industry because their films go everywhere throughout the world. They makes a lot of revenue from movies. Everyone watches American movies; so it is an industry.
Another example is of the United States Army. Every country has an army, but in the USA, their army is an industry as well; they offer their army’s services. In some businesses, you don’t sell a product; you sell your services and this is also an industry. The US Army is like an industry: they protect you against your enemy. South Korea and UAE are protected by the US Army. Most Gulf countries are protected by the US Army. Then we have an ammunition industry, where you make weapons and sell it. America has a huge arms industry. China and Pakistan are also making weapons.
In a similar way, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have a terrorist industry.
It’s not as if they are being trained in the mosque, and then from the mosque, they will send terrorists to carry out suicide bombing. Whenever authorities raid these mosques and madrassas, they don’t find anything. [These leaders] don’t have proper knowledge.
Terrorists don’t carry out their activities in the mosques. They are only trained there. Once they are trained, they are put in the terrorist auctions.
There are many billionaires in India; they invest money in different countries. In a similar way, there are princes of Saudi Arabia and businessmen of Qatar and UAE who invest their money in terrorists. They buy them.
Then, organisations like the Taliban, ISIS and others ask them, ‘How many pieces do you have? Tell us their locations.’
They might reply, ‘I have ten in America, five in France, eleven in the UK and seven in Australia. Where do you want to carry out your activity?’
The contact from the organisation would say, ‘The police in the USA is very intelligent, so in order to do this in the USA, we need a lot of things before this can take place. So this will be the price for one individual. For two? This many million. The UK is more expensive because their police is really good.’
France is relatively cheaper because their police is not as efficient as the British police.
In order to terrorise, these people buy these terrorists and then they do their job.
I cannot monitor how money is transferred. Obviously, those who are big business icons and their transactions are in millions, if a transaction of one or two million dollars is made, they can easily cover it.
Now, you need a system in your countries where you must know, if a transaction of one million is made, what product was bought and where is that product is. You must make it obligatory for them to show the quantity, quality and location of the product bought.
This is now an industry. You would be really surprised to know that many businessmen in India also invest in this terrorist industry.
Younus AlGohar is the representative of the Awaited One Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi. Some countries have their secret services such as Mossad, ISIS and RAW, but Messiah Foundation International has the representative of the Awaited One Gohar Shahi!
Many countries are involved in the terrorism industry, including the Prime Minister of India, Modi. Modi is no lesser than Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
It is not easy for any government to find their traces by links. You will never know where the terrorist has come from. For example, authorities failed to establish the link between the couple involved in the San Bernardino shooting and ISIS. They just said, ‘They were contacted online.’ They couldn’t establish their link with ISIS because this is not how they work.
You won’t even know if somebody who lives there is a terrorist and all of the sudden, somebody will buy him, give him a plan and he will do it.
In this day and age, people are so greedy and evil. Can you believe that the mother whose son was 32 years of age – who left behind a 6-month-old daughter – is proud that her son is a martyr? The reason she was alright was because part of the deal is that their family is given a lot of money! They are told, ‘This is from God. Your son is going to paradise and God is taking care of you on Earth.’
I request American authorities to do a check on the terrorist’s mother’s, father’s and sister’s accounts and monitor their activities. You will find [the link].
According to my very careful calculation, ISIS is making at least 1 billion dollars a year out of ransom money, looting, plundering and oil. 1 billion dollars, which means at least 90 million dollars a month!
It is not that easy for anybody to blow themselves up. it is not just that they are religiously radicalised; they also see monetary benefits.
Their families are quiet because of greed. A large sum of money is paid into their accounts plus and their son will be a martyr. The mentality of Muslims is messed up. This is all about sex and money.
Recently, they have made an alliance of 24 Muslim countries to fight against ISIS. Soon after the announcement, a spokesperson from the Pakistan foreign office spoke to Dawn newspaper and they said, ‘We are not aware that we are included in this alliance.’
After 24 hours, a spokesperson spoke again and said, ‘Yes, we are part of that alliance.’
So they have made an alliance to combat ISIS. France is in a war with ISIS, and so is the UK, Russia and the USA. So many countries and now these 24 counties. All these countries are fighting with 30,000 terrorists? It’s not even enough to fill a country. Their efforts [do not seem to be honest].
Every Pakistani is very happy for what the Pakistan Army has done in form of Zarb-e-Azb. They have done a wonderful job but to all our respectable personnel in Pakistan Army: you and I know very well that you can make a fool out of the Pakistani nation. Zarb-e-Azb, killing terrorists, is not the entire solution!
The real solution is that Pakistan Army should start a campaign or a war to crush terrorist ideology, the ideology and source of hatred: Wahhabism.
Jamaat-e-Islami believes and practises the same ideology as that of Taliban and ISIS. Is there any honest human being in Pakistan today? All politicians including Imran Khan are [insincere]. Don’t the army personnel know that the Taliban has its roots in Pakistan Army? That retired chief of ISI, General Hamid Gul, was no lesser than Osama bin Laden or Mullah Omar.
Munawar Hassan of Jamaat-e-Islami openly said on TV channels, ‘Pakistan needs bloodshed against infidels; it is necessary.’ According to him, all other Muslims who are non-Wahhabis are infidels. What steps were taken against him?
The Pakistan Army is just putting up a show. If they are really honest with their job, religion and country, then we need more sincere effort; because what they have done is not going to help stop terrorism. They have destroyed locations of terrorists, not them. Before the Pakistan Army went to the locations, the terrorists have already escaped. Even if they are killed, this is not going to solve the problem.
There is an Urdu proverb, ‘Catch the mother of the thief, not just the thief.’ The reasoning is that if you catch the thief and leave the mother alone, she will keep producing more thieves.
I demand from General Raheel Sharif to ban Wahhabism in Pakistan.
The teacher of Raheel Sharif, General Pervez Musharraf, knows what I am saying. He wanted to arrest Molvi Abdul Aziz who runs a terrorist cell in Lal Masjid (Red Mosque) in Islamabad.
About five or six years ago, some of the areas in Islamabad were literally no-go areas. What Molvi Abdul Aziz is doing is radicalising young women. They started holding sticks in their hands, going out and beating up foreigners. They beat up many Chinese visitors.
The Pakistan Army is carrying out operation Zarb-e-Azb in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, but what about Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore? In Karachi and Islamabad, right under their noses, is a camp of radicalisation.
The world cannot get rid of terrorism until Wahhabism is fully crushed in Pakistan. In order to free the world from terrorism, free Pakistan from terrorism first. This is the place where the roots of terrorism are in the shape of Wahhabism.
